    Fire Alarm - In the event of the fire alarm sounding or other emergency, please leave the building quickly and calmly by the nearest exit. Do not stop to collect personal belongings and do not use the lifts. Congregate in the Town Hall Car Park, Park Street, Maidenhead (immediately adjacent to the Town Hall) and do not re-enter the building until told to do so by a member of staff.

    i) Planning
    Unauthorised Traveller Development at Shurlock Road, Waltham
    St Lawrence


    The Chairman of the Planning & Housing Overview & Scrutiny Panel has agreed to this urgent item as per paragraph 16 of Part 8 E of the constitution as it had not previously been listed on the Forward Plan. In addition the Mayor has agreed to waive the call-in period in relation to this item as per paragraph A 15 of part 4A of the constitution.
