Councillor D. Wilson declared a Personal Interest in the item ‘Grant of Leases in Respect of 4 Marlow Road, Maidenhead’ as the council appointed representative on the Citizens Advice Bureau. He remained in the room for the duration of the discussion and voting on the item.

To consider passing the following resolution:-

“That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the remainder of the meeting whilst discussion takes place on item 4 on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraphs 1-7 of part I of Schedule 12A of the Act"
