To be responsible for, on behalf of the Trust:-

·         agreeing the contents of, and amending, standard booking and supply contracts fore the facility.

·         The supervision and monitoring of the management contractor.

·         The daily business and short-term planning and operation of the facility.

·         The financial operation of the contract, including the payment of management fees to the contractor.
