- * Punjabi Milap Group. The Panel requested that the Community and Business Partnerships Manager advise the group on other potential sources of funding.
** The Sequela Foundation. The Panel requested the Community and Business Partnerships Manager to signpost the services of the Foundation to NHS Partners
*** Family Friends. The Panel requested that the Head of Services for Families & Young People to look into this organisation to establish if some of the services they provided could be dealt with under SLA funding instead.

Bridge Trust Thames Valley | There is a need for extra storage. Outside Shed for the QMH from B&Q Cupboard for storage at the QMH 3 x small CD players, 4 x Highchairs 2 x baby bouncer, 1 x Stairgate, 2 x Play mats, Toys and Jigsaws, Storage Boxes, Computer mouse and Bag | 500 |
Bray Village Hall | Storage, lighting, toilets and decoration all need attention throughout the building and there is also a need to improve the external fabric of the building following a recent survey of the structure. There was recent damage to the building making the works required more urgent. | 2000 |
Sunningdale Village Hall | Having just finished the building works over the summer for asbestos removal and toilet facilities, the heaters have broken down and parts are no longer available. It is also suspected that the heaters contain asbestos. All of the heaters within the building now need to be tested, removed and new heating installed. | 1000 |
ii) The decision to award Bridge Trust Thames Valley Revenue funding of up to £1,000 and to award East Berkshire Multiple Sclerosis Society Revenue funding of up to £1,000 be delegated to the Chairman and Vice-Chairman following updated information on annual accounts of expenditure and income from the Head of Education, Strategy and Commissioning and Community and Business Partnerships Manager respectively.
iii) The decision to award Vitalise Revenue funding of up to £765 be deferred until February 2014 Quarterly Grants Panel to allow the Community and Business Partnership Manager to seek further information on how many services users helped were Borough residents and when they were helped.
iv) with regret the following applications were refused:
