Alison Alexander, Terry Baldwin and Karen Shepherd declared prejudicial interests in the item ‘Determination of the Score ranges for Appraisal Ratings for 2017’ as officers of the council. The officers remained in the room whilst the report was introduced and to answer questions, then left the room for the duration of the discussion and voting on the item.

Alison Alexander, Terry Baldwin and Karen Shepherd declared personal interests in the item ‘Review of the Council’s Pay Reward Scheme’’ as officers of the council. They remained in the room for the duration of the discussion and voting on the item.

To consider the Part I minutes of the meeting held on 14 March 2017

RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY: That the Part I minutes of the meeting held on 14 March 2017 be approved.

To consider passing the following resolution:-

“That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the remainder of the meeting whilst discussion takes place on items 5-7 on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraphs 1-7 of part I of Schedule 12A of the Act"
