Councillor Bateson – Declared a prejudicial interest in the application of the Rotary Club of Ascot and took no part in the discussion or the decision of that item.

Councillor Beer – Declared a prejudicial interest in the application of the Old Windsor Carnival and took no part in the discussion or the decision of that item.

To confirm the Part I Minutes of the previous meeting.

RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY: That the Part I minutes of the meeting held on 26 September 2017 be approved.

To consider passing the following resolution: -

“that under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the remainder of the meeting whilst discussion takes place on items 5 – 7 on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 3 of Part I of Schedule 12A of the Act”.

To consider the applications for the above fund.

To consider the schedule of Grant applications.

The Chairman has agreed to add this item to the agenda as an urgent item due to the next Grants Panel not meeting again until September 2018. However, the applicant requires a decision on social Enterprise Funding prior to that meeting.
