Cllr Hollingsworth – Declared a personal interest as he regularly made financial contributions to ReCharge: R&R and had also donated his Members’ Budget to the organisation which had applied for Grant funding.

To confirm the minutes of the previous meeting.

RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY: That the minutes of the meeting held on 9 January 2018 be approved.

RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY: That under Section 100 (A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public can be excluded from the remainder of the meeting whilst discussion takes place on items 5 – 8 on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 and 3 of Part I of Schedule 12A of the Act.
