Apologies for absence were received from Councillors Bowden and Bullock.

Minutes:

Cllr Saunders – Declared a personal interest in agenda item 8 as he had been working with Maidenhead and Windsor Citizens Advice Bureau. However, he would vote on the item. He also declared a personal interest in the Alzheimer’s Dementia Support (ADS) application as he had a non-remunerative role within the organisation and received no pecuniary benefits. He would not vote on any potential awards to ADS. Councillor Saunders also stated he had a personal interest in the Mental Health Board application as he had been instrumental in helping the Board to re-establish itself; he stated he would not vote on that item.

 

Cllr D. Wilson – Declared a personal interest in the Maidenhead and Windsor Citizens Advice Bureau as he was a trustee. Councillor Wilson confirmed he would not vote on the item.

RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY: That the Part I minutes of the meeting held on 11 October 2018 be approved.

Local Government Act 1972 - Exclusion of the Public

To consider the following resolution:-

“that under Section 100 (A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the remainder of the meeting whilst discussion takes place on items 5 – 8 on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 and 3 of Part I of Schedule 12A of the Act”.

Minutes:
