A motion was put forward by Councillor Da Costa to refuse the application as per Officers recommendation. This was seconded by Councillor Hilton.

 

A named vote was taken and ten Councillors voted for the motion (Bateson, Bowden, Cannon, W. Da Costa, Davey, Davies, Hilton, Knowles, Sharpe and Tisi); one Councillor abstained from the vote (Shelim)
