A motion was put forward by Councillor Knowles to PERMIT the application as per Officers recommendation. This was seconded by Councillor Hilton.

    The Panel noted the reports.

     

    Councillor Reynolds asked if there had been any changes as many of the applications had been dismissed. Adrien Waite informed the Panel that these were regularly monitored. The performance was generally very good and on target. The monitoring would continue.
