Councillor Hunt proposed a motion to elect Councillor Walters as Chairman. This motion was seconded by Councillor Clark.

    Councillor Clark declared that he had previously spoken to members of the Cricket Club with regards to replacing the clubhouse but had not spoken to them with regards to this specific application. He attended the meeting with an open mind.
