The draft Windsor Neighbourhood Plan was
formally examined by an independent examiner and a number of
changes have been recommended by the examiner to ensure that the
plan meets the basic conditions as specified in the Regulations.
The Forum have now agreed the changes recommended by the examiner
in discussion with policy officers. Cabinet approval is now sought
for the Windsor neighbourhood plan to proceed to referendum at the
earliest opportunity.
