• Councillor David Hilton - Personal - Welcomed the proposal in the budget proposal, as Cabinet member for Finance and Ascot. Attended meeting with an open mind.
• Councillor Helen Taylor - Personal - Knew one of the objectors sons from a previous borough festival. Had also attended a meeting at Smokeys with other councillors regarding the Maidenhead Regeneration, but had no further involvement after that meeting and was attending the meeting with an open mind.
