Ensures that the Centre acts within the terms laid down by the Trust Deed and carries out its prime function, of providing leisure and educational facilities to the Cox Green community legally and responsibly. Essentially this means receiving the financial reports and minutes of Management Committee Meetings and raising any matters of concern. The Board usually meets annually.
