Councillor Mrs Jones – Old Windsor Day Centre due to being an Old Windsor Parish Councillor
Councillor Kellaway – Maidenhead Carnival due to being Vice Chair of Maidenhead Town Partnership Board.

- RESOLVED: That the Part I minutes of the meeting of the Panel held on 28 November 2011 be approved.
LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 – EXCLUSION OF THE PUBLIC
RESOLVED: That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the remainder of the meeting whilst discussion took place on items 5 to 7 on the grounds that they involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 3 of part I of Schedule 12A of the Act.
