| v) | STANDARDS UPDATE Marias Lucas, the Royal Borough’s Monitoring Officer, will be in attendance to provide an update on changes to the Code of Conduct and arrangements for dealing with complaints as a result of the Localism Act. (report to follow) There will be an opportunity for questions. |

| x) | PRESENTATION AT NEXT CONFERENCE The Conference will no doubt recall that, at the Conference meeting in June 2007, it was agreed that there should be an opportunity for Parish and Town Councils to share their experiences and successes in relation to projects and schemes that they may be involved in. Hence, the Conference is invited to agree the presentation for the next Conference in October 2012. |
