COMMUNITY RIGHT TO BID

Harjit Hunjan, the Royal Borough’s Community and Business Partnerships Manager will present an overview of the process. The Conference will also hear from Wraysbury Parish Council on their recent experiences. (page 39)

ix)PRESENTATION AT NEXT CONFERENCE

The Conference will no doubt recall that, at the Conference meeting in June 2007, it was agreed that there should be an opportunity for Parish and Town Councils to share their experiences and successes in relation to projects and schemes that they may be involved in.

Hence, the Conference is invited to agree the presentation for the next Conference in June 2013.

N.B. In consultation with the Chairman of DALC, it was agreed that three issues would be dealt with by way of an information leaflet rather than a discussion item for the agenda. This will be available at the meeting.
