DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Councillor Mrs Bateson declared an interest in – Ascot District Day Centre due to being a member of the Board
Councillor Bathurst declared an interest in the Windsor, Eton and Ascot Town Partnership Board due to being the Chairman of the Board
Councillor Bullock declared an interest in Cox Green Community Centre due to being Council representative.
Those Councillors named above left the room during discussion of these items.
MINUTES
- RESOLVED: That the Part I minutes of the meeting of the Panel held on 26 November 2013 be approved.
LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 – EXCLUSION OF THE PUBLIC
RESOLVED: That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the remainder of the meeting whilst discussion took place on items 5 and 6 on the grounds that they involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 3 of part I of Schedule 12A of the Act.
