and Maidenhead Stop Smoking Service for a minimum term of two years
and a possible maximum term of five-years to Solutions 4
Health.
Reasons for the decision:
It was agreed by the Moderation panel that
Solutions 4 Health met all the minimum requirements for award and,
therefore, are an appointable bidder and are recommended for award
of contract.

'Do nothing' – reason for rejection
– this would have resulted in a gap of Stop Smoking Service
provision.

There are no substantive concerns associated
with this award of contract.
Details of any associated finance considerations:
RBWM receives a ring-fenced Public Health
grant from the Department of Health and Social Care to fund the
cost of its mandatory and non-mandatory duties. The Stop Smoking
Service will be funded by the Public Health ring-fenced
grant.
