we may continue to take council payments (via card or cash) and
allow residents to
self-serve.

The current kiosks require upgrading in order
to continue to offer the services outlined.

The suppliers are well established providers
of library self serve kiosks. Risks are therefore minimal and the
upgrade will bring the 5 kiosks in line with others already in
operation in the Borough.
