Declarations of Interest To receive any Declarations of Interest. Minutes: Cllr Bateson – Declared a personal interest in the application from the Rotary Club, Ascot as their application related to a fundraising event which benefit the Ascot District Day Centre of which Cllr Bateson was a committee member. Cllr Bateson made a brief statement and left the room during the discussion and vote on that application.
Cllr Bowden – Declared a personal interest in the application from the Windsor Theatre Guild as he was a member of a competing theatre group based in Datchet and he felt it was not appropriate to comment on the Windsor Theatre Guild’s application. Cllr Bowden left the room during the discussion and vote on that application. |
