Declarations of Interest PDF 103 KB To receive any Declarations of Interest. Minutes: Councillor Clarke declared that he was a trustee of the Spoore, Merry and Rixman Foundation and the Poole and Rings Charities, both of which may have received past applications from organisations who had applied for funding from RBWM. Additionally, Councillor Clarke declared that he was a ward councillor for Bisham and Cookham and organisations within his ward had applied for grants. He came to the meeting with an open mind.
Councillor Bowden declared that he was a trustee and user of the services of the Old Court, had attended a function for the Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice Service and knew the applicant for Clewer Non-Ecclesiastical Charity. He came to the meeting with an open mind.

Local Government Act 1972 - Exclusion of the Public To consider passing the following resolution:-
“That under Section 100 (A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the remainder of the meeting whilst discussion takes place on items 5-9 on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 and 3 of Part I of Schedule 12A of the Act”. Capital Grants To consider the schedule of Capital grant applications. Minutes: The Panel considered the award of Community grants to local organisations for the forthcoming year.
It is with regret that the following organisations were not awarded any funding: - Bisham Parish Council - Champney Hall Management Committee - Cookham Dean Women’s Institute - New Windsor Community Association - Windsor and Eton Sea Cadets
N.B: Out of a total capital budget of £75,000, £40,100 was allocated which left £34,900 unallocated. The Panel agreed that this funding should be made available for allocation as interim payments under delegated authority during 2022/23. |

Kidwells Park Trust Grants To consider the schedule of Kidwells Park Trust grant applications. Minutes: The Panel considered the award of Kidwells Park Trust grants to local organisations for the forthcoming year.
It is with regret that the following organisations were not awarded any funding: - Alzheimer’s Dementia Support - Assisting Berkshire Children to Read - CG2000 Cox Green Village Fayre Committee - Maidenhead and District Stroke Club - Rotary Club of Ascot - Windsor & Maidenhead Symphony Orchestra - Windsor Festival Society - Windsor Theatre Guild
N.B.: Out of a total budget of £15,939.46, £7,200 was allocated which left £8,739.46 unallocated. The Panel agreed that this funding should be made available for allocation as interim payments under delegated authority during 2022/23. |
