RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY: That the Part I minutes of the meeting held on 26 September 2016 be approved.

Item withdrawn 19/10/16

The Vice-Chair, Councillor Rankin, informed Members that this item had been withdrawn from the agenda as the paper was being put back a cycle as Member approvals were not yet completed.  It was noted that this delay would have no impact on the timeline of delivery.
