Paul Samuels, Chair of the One Borough Group, welcomed all present to the meeting and explained the format of the meeting.

To approve the minutes from the meeting held on 12^th September.

AGREED UNANIMOUSLY: That the minutes of the meeting held on 12^th September 2023 were approved as a true and accurate record.

We would be delighted if you could join us at the One Borough Meeting on Tuesday 5^th December at 11am to 12:30pm. It will be held in the Long Barn, Norden Farm, Altwood Road, Maidenhead SL6 4PF.

The focus will be on nurturing collaboration, new ideas and opportunities for 2024. The meeting will be run in a similar format to our dialogue in March this year. We will meet in small groups, changing throughout the meeting to ensure participants are exposed to as many new ideas and opportunities as possible.

Please come along ready to share one idea or opportunity that proved a success this year.

30 people attended the meeting representing a wide range of community groups, voluntary organisations and the council, including three RBWM Councillors. The meeting was split into 6 groups of 5, with each group having around 20 minutes to discuss and share what had gone well in 2023 and what there was to look forward to in 2024.

Those in attendance swapped groups a total of three times, to ensure that there was the opportunity to collaborate with as many different people as possible over the course of the meeting.
