Consideration of an application for a premises license for Parallel Windsor 2023, subject to the receiving of valid objections

There is currently an application in consultation for a new Premises Licence to be granted under the Licensing Act 2003. This agenda is serving as notice of the proposed hearing date subject to the receiving of any objections, as outlined below.

Summary of application:

Festival of Inclusivity and 100m, 1k, 5k or 10k run, walk or push. Event date is Sunday 2 July 2023 and will include an after run festival with food, drink, music, performances, activity zones and a charity village.

Licensable activities:

  • Live Music 10am – 4pm
  • Recorded Music 9am - 4pm
  • Anything of a similar nature to music/dance 10am – 4pm
  • Sale of alcohol 10am – 4pm

Last day for representations: Tuesday 27 June 2023.

 

As the application is still in consultation as has not yet received any representations of objection, the report will be produced and published if the hearing process is triggered.
