Councillor Shelim declared that his daughter attended Windsor Girls School but came to the meeting with an open mind. Councillor Shelim also declared that he was a member of the Windsor Partnership Board which was chaired by the applicant for 22/00897/OUT but came to the meeting with an open mind.
