Apologies for Absence To receive any apologies for absence. Minutes: Apologies for absence were received from Councillor Larcombe, Councillor Luxton, Councillor W. Da Costa and Councillor Davey, although he was attending virtually as a non-committee member and instead as a registered speaker.Councillor Sharpe substituted for Councillor Luxton.
Oran Norris-Browne, Democratic Services Officer, then explained that following on from the Full Council meeting held on Tuesday 27 September, Councillor Larcombe had now replaced Councillor Knowles on the committee. The agenda for the meeting had already been published before the Full Council meeting had taken place. |
