Appointment of Chair for duration of the meeting In the absence of both the Chair & the Vice-Chair, Committee Members are asked to elect a Chair for the duration of the meeting. Minutes: Councillor Carpenter proposed that Councillor C. Da Costa chaired the meeting in the absence of the Chair and Vice-Chair. This was seconded by Councillor Luxton.
No other nominations were made.

He declared that in his previous role on Datchet Parish Council, he had sat on the committee and made a recommendation for an application on the same site. However, he came to the meeting with an open mind as it was a separate application before the committee. |
