Appointment of Chair for duration of the meeting In the absence of both the Chair & the Vice-Chair, Committee Members are asked to elect a Chair for the duration of the meeting. Minutes: Councillor Carpenter proposed that Councillor C. Da Costa chaired the meeting in the absence of the Chair and Vice-Chair. This was seconded by Councillor Luxton.
