Minutes: A motion was proposed by Councillor Buckley to refuse planning permission due to inappropriate development to green belt and it would harm openness of green belt and there are not considered to be very special circumstances that clearly outweigh harm to green belt and other harm Identified. The proposal would result in less than substantial harm to the designated heritage asset and there are no public benefits which override this harm. The proposal is of poor design and has harmful impact of character of the area. This was seconded by Councillor Da Costa.
