PLANNING APPEALS RECEIVED AND PLANNING DECISION REPORT PDF 54 KB To note the contents of the report. Minutes: Councillor Baldwin stated that application 21/02866/FULL presented a tremendous opportunity for members of the committee and the authority to learn lessons on the planning process, and formally asked for a mechanism to be put in place to ensure this situation wouldn’t occur again.
