A motion was proposed by Councillor Baldwin to grant planning permission with the conditions listed in section 15 of the report, which was in line with officer’s recommendation. This was seconded by Councillor Brar.

A motion was also put forward by Councillor Hill to refuse planning permission, which was against officer’s recommendations. This was seconded by Councillor Coppinger.

The first motion that a named vote was carried out on was Councillor Baldwin’s as this was seconded first.

A named vote was taken.

AGREED: That planning permission be granted with the conditions listed within section 15 of the report.

As the first motion was passed, a named vote was not carried out for Councillor Hill’s motion.
