A motion was also put forward by Councillor Hill to refuse planning permission, which was against officer’s recommendations. This was seconded by Councillor Coppinger.
The first motion that a named vote was carried out on was Councillor Baldwin’s as this was seconded first.
A named vote was taken.
AGREED: That planning permission be granted with the conditions listed within section 15 of the report.
As the first motion was passed, a named vote was not carried out for Councillor Hill’s motion.
The committee were addressed by 3 speakers, Vickie Morgan (objector), Hassam Akhtar (applicant), and Councillor Stimson.
