The Chair welcomed those present to the meeting.

One form was received regarding Sexual Health Services with RBWM. Youth Councillors expressed an interest in providing their feedback. Speaker will be invited to meeting in the New Year.

Youth Councillors discussed correspondence received since the last meeting.

Due to advice being sought from the RBWM Legal Department this item has not been publicly minuted.

Youth Councillors discussed items on the RBWM Cabinet Forward Plan.

An update was given regarding future BYC Events.

The Innovation Funding Scheme was highlighted to Youth Councillors. Applications close at midnight on Friday 22 December for residents and local groups, with great ideas to improve health and wellbeing in their communities, to apply for funding to make their plans a reality.
