To appoint a Chair for the duration of the Appeals Panel.

Councillor Clark proposed that Councillor Cannon was elected Chairman for the duration of the Appeals Panel. This was seconded by Councillor Coppinger.

RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY: That Councillor Cannon would be Chairman for the Appeals Panel.

To consider passing the following resolution:- “That under Section 100 (A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the remainder of the meeting whilst discussion takes place on items 6-8 on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1, 2, 3 and 5 of Part I of Schedule 12A of the Act”.
