In June 2023, the Council's Constitution was moved to the Modern.Gov system, which allows for access via both the internet and intranet for residents, councillors and council officers alike.

The Council's Constitution is maintained and updated by the Democratic Services team as and when amendments are made to it. This is done in conjunction with the Council's Monitoring Officer & through various channels such as through Council agreements & the Constitution Working Group.
