Pedestrian crossings on All Saints Avenue between Courthouse Road and Saint Mark's Road are extremely dangerous for three main reasons:
- Vehicles speed on this avenue because of the straight line
- Crossings are not signaled nor road-marked
- Many pedestrians on this road (parents and children heading to the school or Oaken park, dog walkers, All Saints cemetery visitors, etc.)
