Reject the Application for a Noticeboard on Cookham Moor
We the undersigned petition the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead to Reject the Application for a Noticeboard on Cookham Moor
-The plan is not appropriate in a Conservation Area
-The plan is incompatible with the Borough's Planning Policy for
Conservation Areas, and ignores the guidance provided in the
recently adopted Village Design Statement (VDS).
-The positioning would destroy the iconic view across the Moor
painted by Stanley Spencer, which is enjoyed by visitors from all
over the world who visit Cookham.
