The impact of the current plan described on the consultprojectcentre.co.uk site would be enormous for local residents. It is already common knowledge that many councils have tried and either backed off or massively modified plans. Impact on local small business, residents and emergency services to name but a few. There are funds allocated to execution of the plan.maybe modifications would come from fines imposed by the council!!
