We the undersigned petition the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead to permit residents of Eton Thameside to periodically close and time lock gate(s) on FP51; in order to assist in the prevention of crime and disorder, reduce anti-social behaviour enabling local residents to feel safer and secure in both their homes and locality, especially in view of recent criminal activity in the locality at night.
Eton has seen a recent and high profile increase in antisocial behaviour / crime and disorder. The local and neighbouring residents of Eton Thameside are committed to preventing crime and disorder and anti social behaviour in and around Eton. The additional security gates installed at Eton Thameside are a proactive step towards helping the local residents to prevent crime and disorder combined with feeling safer and secure within their homes and locality.
