The charges will discourage local trading which is already vulnerable.
The charges penalise residents visiting the chemist to collect prescriptions.
The charges would be unfair when there is an event being held on the ground adjacent.
There is no other physical space or provision locally for employees of local business to park.
The maintenance and policing thereof the charging system will needlessly cost residents of the Borough. It will also encourage passing visitors to park on residential streets.
