We the undersigned petition the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead to recognise the achievement of a 14 year old local school girl in winning the competition for a permanent tribute to mark the Queen's Diamond Jubilee in Windsor and request that the Council support this project, subject to planning, and give support to the working committee to implement the project, for completion by June 2012, and request that sufficient S106 monies earmarked for artistic contributions be set aside to ensure that this tribute is built
