To consider a refreshed parking strategy which considers the impact, and influence of parking, on ‘Place Making’; climate change and financial sustainability.

The project will encompass both the car park estate and on-street parking across the whole of the Royal Borough.

• Car park operations (including enforcement; management of the parking estate)
