Disabled Facilities Grant Policy
Disabled Facilities Grants (DFG’s)
provide funding to improve accessibility and enable people to
remain living independently in their own homes. This policy will
set out the mandatory legal framework for DFGs, and how the Council
intends to use its powers under the RRO to provide interventions to
promote independent living and wellbeing.
