Renewal of lease over land at Cookham Bridge and Toll House, Cookham
The existing lease expires during 2023.
Terms have been agreed for a new lease to run from the end of the
existing lease.
Included in the lease terms is the ability of the Council to
re-enter the land to undertake repair to Cookham Bridge
The first phase of the repairs for Cookham Bridge are due to
commence in October 2023 and a plan to allow these works whilst
maintaining the operation of the tenant has been agreed.
In addition an option has been agreed to use land owned by the
tenant as a compound if required by the Council to carry out future
phases of work to Cookham Bridge
