Leasing of Sport Pavilion in Braywick Park, Maidenhead

 

 

The former Sportsable Pavilion in Braywick Park is currently vacant after Sportsable was wound up and the lease surrendered to the Council. Terms have been agreed to re-let the building and associated external areas that will see the building substantially improved with new sporting facilities by the tenant and generate a commercial rental stream for the Council.
