Lease renewal of office space at York House, Windsor
Terms have been agreed to renew the lease to
existing ltenant of the 2nd floor of York House in Windsor. Cabinet
approval is required under the Council's Constitution as the
aggregate level of rent exceeds £500,000 over the terms of
the lease.
