Consultation process
The Council approved at Cabinet on 25th
October 2023 the lease of the existing sports pavilion in Braywick
Park, Maidenhead. It also agreed to delegate authority
to the Executive Director of Place Services in consultation with
the Cabinet Member for Planning, Legal and Asset Management, to
conclude the negotiation of a new agreement for lease and lease to
Padel Berkshire and the use of a Open Space Notice
Application.
An Open Space Notice was publicised between 26th Jan 2024 to 2nd
Feb 2024 in respect of the proposed lease and use of adjacent land
for Paddle Tennis courts.
