Adoption of a robust asset management
strategy, policies and inspection regimes is essential for the
Borough to maximise government grant funding, optimise expenditure
and maintain a robust defence against claims. This report sets out
in the proposed Highway Asset Management Plan (HAMP). The report
recommends that the HAMP is adopted by Cabinet
