Recommendations for new Public Space Protection Orders (PSPOs)
This paper proposes three new types of PSPO
for forward recommendation to Council. These orders would cover dog
control, barbecues, and rough sleepers in RBWM owned car parks. The
orders would be available for consideration and possible
implementation by a PSPO panel where evidence suggests an issue is
apparent
