• Councillor David Hilton - Personal - Item 6 - as he had previously been a member of Sunninghill and Ascot Parish Council when the application came forward. In addition his wife was a member of the Parish Council’s planning committee. He confirmed that he was attending the meeting with an open mind.
• Councillor John Bowden - Personal - Item 7 - as he had been on the panel that had discussed an application at the site some years previously. He stated that he was attending the meeting with an open mind.
• Councillor Jon Davey - Personal - Item 5 - as he knew the family living at 153 Clarence Road. He confirmed that he was attending the meeting with an open mind.
• Councillor Julian Sharpe - Personal - Item 6 - as his wife was Chairman of Sunninghill and Ascot Parish Council. He stated that he had had no part in any discussions on the application and had come to the meeting with an open mind.
• Councillor Neil Knowles - Personal - Item 8 - as a member of Old Windsor Parish Council. He stated he had not been present at any meeting where the application had been discussed.
