• Councillor Gerry Clark - Other statement - The Chairman said that he was a Cabinet Member when the RBWM Property Company action plan was considered by Cabinet and originally referred to overview and scrutiny.
• Councillor John Story - Other statement - Councillor Story declared that his wife was an employee of RBWM and requested that this was noted in the minutes. This was in relation to items 4 and 5 on the agenda.
